A development reel is only for exploring an absolutely new creative direction. Normal changes to captions, colour, pacing and graphics remain within the agreed direction. No compulsory setup, free sample or automatic credit against a pack.
Long-form: ₹590 including GST (₹500 before GST) per begun extra 30 seconds beyond five minutes.
One piece. One format. Each pack piece is a reel up to 90 seconds OR a carousel up to ten slides. Additional PDFs are focused resources up to five pages. Long-form is separately purchased.
Your approval, throughout. One practice/brand, treatment, language and approver. You approve facts, clinical recommendations, permissions and final release. Production support does not replace clinical review.
What we make, and what you supply
Reels include cutting, pacing, caption styling/correction, basic colour and sound finishing, available licensed music, agreed supporting visuals and one final export. Provide up to five minutes of organised source per reel topic and up to 30 minutes per long-form topic.
Carousels include light restructuring, layout, typography and supporting visuals: one topic, treatment and platform size, up to ten slides. A carousel replaces a reel; it is not extra.
Pack PDFs are additional: one focused resource up to five pages using an agreed branded template and your expertise or approved material, with light drafting, organisation and layout. Examples include clinician-approved consultation-preparation checklists, terminology explainers and short educational guides. Resource dates are agreed with the batch; there is no research-heavy ebook, lead-capture setup or delivery automation included.
No strategy, topic research, substantial scripting, filming, medical-review entitlement, publishing, account management or guaranteed results. Specialist anatomical illustration, complex generation, extra languages and substantially different production are separately quoted. Ordinary internal AI use has no default surcharge.
First cuts, same-day requests and the review process
Your first cut in 24-48 hours on working days. Need it today? Ask for a same-day rush slot. Reel timing starts after complete accepted inputs at the confirmed production slot. Confirm the first-cut date before payment. This is not final approval or whole-pack turnaround. Long-form, carousels and PDFs have separately agreed dates.
Same-day reel first cut is 50% extra on the applicable standalone or pack unit price. Existing packs pay only the surcharge for the selected rushed reels. Requests before noon IST may be considered, subject to capacity and an agreed deadline; at most two rush reels per client/day initially. Same-day final exports require separately confirmed feedback/revision slots. No blanket same-day long-form, carousel or PDF commitment. International deadlines are confirmed in IST and your local time.
One contact, review location and client approver; saved style reference and consolidated feedback. Up to four ready-to-edit reels queued, initially one in active production per client. A reel awaiting feedback may move to review while the next enters production. Two within-brief revision rounds per deliverable; agency errors do not use a round. Aim to return feedback within three working days.
Every order is 100% prepaid and valid for 60 days. Agree slots and staged dates so the whole order can finish inside the window. A 30-pack can be staged around four pieces a week over eight weeks; faster schedules need agreement. No automatic renewal, accumulated credits or last-day immediate whole-pack entitlement. Agency shortfalls remain our responsibility.
