Working together / New engagements
Clarity, from the start.
Clear responsibilities make better work. These are our standard terms for new engagements. Your accepted proposal records the exact scope, dates, fees and delivery assets. Existing signed agreements retain their agreed terms.
Managed content
Managed 15 includes 15 original reels and one YouTube video monthly. Managed 30 includes 30 original reels and four YouTube videos. Standard scope is one principal doctor or clearly defined doctor-led practice, one clinical focus, one primary language and named accounts.
Reels are up to 90 finished seconds with up to five minutes of organised source per topic. Included YouTube videos are up to eight finished minutes with up to 30 minutes of organised source per topic. One original cross-posted is one asset; cutdowns use reel capacity. Reel and YouTube slots do not automatically exchange.
Recording arrangements
Mumbai agency-filmed packages include one principal shoot of up to eight on-site hours every two service months: one principal presenter, one agreed location, and reasonable B-roll within that day. Setup, breaks and pack-down count within the eight hours. A separate minor shoot, location hire, extra location or specialist production is not automatically included.
Outside Mumbai in India, local filming is reviewed and quoted separately if we arrange it. Client-arranged recording uses the published client-filmed content fee. A complete written shoot budget and payment are agreed before supplier booking.
International clients appoint and pay their own local crew, studio, equipment, travel and permissions. The content fee includes a recording guide and up to two 30-minute preparation or coordination calls per two-month recording cycle with one crew. Full-day direction, extra crews or sessions require a separate scope. International packages have no agency filming allocation or filming credit.
Approvals and responsibilities
We provide editorial checking and medical escalation appropriate to the content. The participating doctor checks clinical and factual accuracy, consent and likeness, and approves scripts and final release. Internal review supports this responsibility; silence is not approval.
Managed work includes reasonable collaborative revisions within the agreed direction, one client approver and a three-business-day feedback target. We correct errors at no extra charge. New concepts, replacement sources or changed direction are agreed separately.
Your clinic owns patient conversations, appointments, clinical advice and sales follow-up. Paid-acquisition campaign management, websites, CRM builds, AI-search visibility and unlimited specialist production are outside the standard retainer. Additional doctors, languages, locations, account strategies, resources and specialist treatments require a written scope.
Commitment, payment and capacity
Managed work begins with three service months, then continues monthly. Give 30 calendar days’ written notice ending at a service-cycle boundary. Notice may be given during the initial term to end after month three. Pay 50% at the monthly cycle start and 50% at month-end; invoice dates are agreed in the proposal.
Monthly capacity is reserved. Client-unused capacity does not automatically roll over or accumulate into catch-up work. Agency shortfalls remain our responsibility and are resolved directly. Late inputs or approvals can move the schedule. Pauses, rescheduling and supplier commitments require written agreement.
At exit there is no automatic clawback for completed included shoots. For Mumbai only, unused, paid and uncommitted filming allocation may receive one closing credit, capped at ₹20,000 before GST and no more than the unused allocation paid. Confirm it once in the closing account. Client-filmed and overseas arrangements have no included filming credit.
Basic boosting
India managed tiers include up to ₹3,000 per month media spend. International Managed 15 includes up to US$100; Managed 30 up to US$150. These allowances sit within the retainer. You approve account, content, audience and spending instructions before activation. Actual spend is recorded; unused allowance has no automatic rollover or cash credit. Extra spend requires prior approval and separate funding. Conversion campaigns and lead handling are excluded.
Prepaid editing
You provide the topic, direction, script, clinical approval, selected usable recordings and assets, and handle publishing. We supply editing, captions, agreed supporting visuals, QA and final exports. Strategy, research, medical-review entitlement, filming, thumbnails, copy and publishing are excluded unless quoted.
Orders are paid 100% in advance and valid for 60 days from receipt. Confirm dates and slots before payment; staged inputs must allow completion within the window. There is no automatic renewal, accumulated credit or catch-up backlog. Agency shortfalls are addressed directly.
Two consolidated within-brief revision rounds are included; errors do not use a round. Source limits are five minutes per reel topic and 30 minutes per YouTube topic. Delivery dates, production slots, YouTube edits, revisions and any rush work are agreed before production. A new concept, replacement source or specialist treatment is re-scoped before work.
Strategy, setup and additional work
Standalone strategy is quoted after fit and scope review, with 100% advance payment. It covers intake and source review, one workshop up to 90 minutes, audience and positioning recommendations, up to three recurring series, a 12-topic starter plan, production and approval recommendations, one 30-minute handover, and one consolidated clarification round requested within seven days. Implementation, ongoing analytics, team training and vendor management are excluded.
Routine managed onboarding is included. Optional substantial extra positioning, content identity or deeper setup is ₹59,000 including 18% GST (₹50,000 before GST) / US$800 once, 100% advance, with deliverables and dates agreed before acceptance and up to two consolidated within-brief feedback rounds. Typical timing is one to two weeks subject to complete inputs, approvals and scheduling. It is not a compulsory entry fee, full visual rebrand or website. Overlapping strategy outputs are not charged twice. Initial pilot videos use monthly capacity.
| Item | India, including 18% GST | International |
|---|---|---|
| Extra managed reel | ₹5,900 (₹5,000 before GST) | US$75 |
| Extra managed YouTube with packaging, up to ten minutes | ₹11,800 (₹10,000 before GST) | US$150 |
| Each begun additional 30 seconds above applicable managed allowance | ₹590 (₹500 before GST) | US$6 |
| Editing YouTube: each begun extra 30 seconds above five minutes | ₹590 (₹500 before GST) | US$3 |
Runtime is calculated per video, with no pooled unused minutes. Agree expected length and maximum extra charge before production. Unapproved agency-created overrun is trimmed or absorbed. Additional physical production, strategy, languages, doctors, guides and specialist treatments are individually quoted. Separate shoots are prepaid before supplier booking.
Formats, files and results
On-camera, faceless and mixed content are production choices. Ordinary agreed graphics and AI-assisted supporting visuals may be included. Doctor likeness or voice clones, generation-heavy formats, anatomical or 3D work need written scope, permissions, accepted-output tests and doctor approval. There is no blanket AI surcharge.
Final exports and client source footage are available for 90 days after completion or offboarding. Keep your own copies. Editable projects, reusable agency IP and systems are not automatically transferred; the proposal confirms rights, permissions and delivery assets.
We measure content performance and relevant commercial contribution where evidence is available. We do not guarantee reach, enquiries, appointments, procedures, return or revenue. There is no standard per-patient, per-procedure or revenue-share product.
India headline prices include 18% GST, with the base fee shown separately. International service fees are in USD; invoice and tax treatment are confirmed for the transaction.
